Industrial Pump Solutions

For existing TEIKOKU, NIKKISO and HERMETIC applications, send us the original model, nameplate, duty point, fluid data and available drawings. We can compare hydraulic performance, materials and installation dimensions before proposing a replacement solution.

For new projects, provide the required flow, head or suction/discharge pressure, fluid name, density, viscosity, vapor pressure, operating temperature, NPSHA, solids content and power supply. This information is used to select the pump configuration and materials.

YUEMAX supplies bearings, shaft sleeves, thrust disks, thrust collars, rotor assemblies, impellers, liners, TRG monitoring devices and other canned motor pump components. Replacement parts can be matched from the original model, drawing or sample.

Mechanical seal selection is based on the fluid, temperature, pressure, rotational speed, shaft dimensions and particle or solids content. For abrasive or particle-containing media, please provide the approximate particle diameter or mesh size.
