Replacement Solutions
For replacement projects, YUEMAX can evaluate many TEIKOKU, NIKKISO and HERMETIC canned motor pump applications. We compare the original model, operating point, materials and installation dimensions before confirming a replacement solution.
Depending on the project, we can provide datasheets, GA drawings, H-Q curves, efficiency curves, NPSH data, power curves and material information for technical review.
Materials & Application Support
Available material options include SUS304, SUS316L, HC-276 and duplex 2205 for suitable applications. Bearing options include graphite, antimony carbon and SSiC. Shaft sleeves and thrust components can be supplied with wear-resistant treatments such as tungsten carbide or Stellite where required.
Lead Time & Response
Many standard spare-part replacement projects can be prepared in approximately 5–8 working days. Complete canned motor pumps are typically supplied in about 30–40 days after technical and commercial confirmation, depending on model, material and quantity.
