Canned Motor Pumps for Chemical Processing

Chemical processing often involves corrosive, toxic, volatile or high-temperature liquids. A canned motor pump removes the conventional dynamic shaft seal and can reduce the risk of external leakage when the pump is correctly selected for the service.

Available material options include SUS304, SUS316L, HC-276 and duplex 2205, with graphite, antimony carbon or SSiC bearing options. High-temperature, high-melting-point and slurry configurations can also be evaluated where the process requires them.

Please provide fluid composition and concentration, temperature, density, viscosity, vapor pressure, corrosion requirements, particle size or solids content, flow, head, suction conditions and power supply. This allows YUEMAX to select the pump type, circulation method and materials correctly.
