Canned Motor Pump Performance Range & Application Limits
YUEMAX canned motor pumps are engineered for leak-free transfer and circulation of hazardous, corrosive, volatile and high-temperature fluids. The figures below describe our general supply range. Final model selection must be confirmed against the actual fluid properties and operating conditions.
General Performance Range
- Flow rate: up to 300 m³/h
- Head: up to 420 m
- Fluid temperature: approximately -20°C to 350°C
- Frequency: 50 Hz and 60 Hz solutions available
Material Options
Typical wetted and internal material options include SUS304, SUS304L, SUS316L, HC-276 and duplex stainless steel 2205 (S31803 / EN 1.4462). Bearing materials include graphite, antimony carbon and silicon carbide (SSiC). Shaft sleeves and thrust components can be supplied in SUS316 with tungsten carbide or Stellite wear-resistant treatment where required.
Application Limits to Confirm
Before pump selection, please provide the fluid name and concentration, operating and design temperature, density, viscosity, vapor pressure, solids or particle size, suction and discharge pressure, required flow and head, NPSHA, power supply and installation requirements. Some services may require special circulation, cooling, heating or material arrangements.
