Slurry (SG, XG Type)

Both XG type and SG type of canned motor pumps can handle slurry with relatively large amount of solids.
These pump types are designed with a gas chamber between pump and motor to keep the process liquid separate from motor, enabling troublefree pumping of slurries.

■ IDEAL FOR HANDLING SLURRY LIQUIDS
A gas chamber between the vertical pump and motor prevents the process liquid from directly contacting the mechanical seal.
This design makes it highly suitable for handling high solid-content slurry liquids as well as heat-sensitive, polymerizable media.

■ TWO TYPES AVAILABLE (XG TYPE & SG TYPE)
XG Type: Utilizes clean sealing liquid in the motor chamber with an auxiliary circulation system to lubricate bearings.
SG Type: Uses an external flush line for bearing lubrication and motor cooling.
The SG type features a simpler structure, making it more cost-effective and easier to operate compared to the XG type.

■ OPTION FOR ENHANCED WEAR RESISTANCE
For severe abrasive conditions, surface hardening treatment can be applied to the stainless steel wetted parts to improve durability and extend service life.
